Veamos qu\u00e9 alimentos contienen magnesio y cu\u00e1les son las cantidades recomendadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En condiciones normales, la concentraci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica de magnesio oscila entre 1,8 y 2,6 mg\/dL. Para mantener estos valores constantes, <strong>el requerimiento medio diario de magnesio es de 350 mg para el hombre y 320 mg para la mujer,<\/strong> excluyendo el periodo de embarazo y lactancia, en el que la ingesta deber\u00eda oscilar entre 320 mg y 360 mg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dieta correcta y equilibrada puede aportar al cuerpo todos los nutrientes necesarios. En nuestro caso, no solo los alimentos ricos en magnesio marcan la diferencia, sino que la ingesta de agua tambi\u00e9n es esencial. El agua por s\u00ed sola puede aportar casi el 10% del requerimiento diario. Las aguas m\u00e1s ricas en magnesio son aquellas definidas \u00abaguas duras\u00bb, es decir, las que contienen una cantidad de mineral de alrededor de 30 mg\/L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los alimentos m\u00e1s ricos en magnesio son <strong>las almendras, las nueces, el cacao, las semillas oleaginosas <\/strong>(por ejemplo, de calabaza, girasol, lino y soja), <strong>las jud\u00edas, los cereales<\/strong> y todas las verduras de hoja verde: de hecho, el magnesio forma parte integral de la clorofila. En menor medida, tambi\u00e9n son excelentes fuentes de magnesio la fruta, sobre todo melocotones, pl\u00e1tanos y cerezas, la carne, el pescado y los productos l\u00e1cteos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hay que tener cuidado al cocer los alimentos, incluso aquellos con mayor contenido de magnesio. Lamentablemente, tambi\u00e9n una cocci\u00f3n breve reduce considerablemente el contenido de magnesio de cualquier alimento y, en general, se pierden todos los nutrientes m\u00e1s importantes, tales como vitaminas y minerales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 alimentos se encuentra el magnesio?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"848\" height=\"565\" src=\"https:\/\/ultramag.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/77948774_s.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-638\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Consulta la siguiente tabla para ver qu\u00e9 alimentos contienen m\u00e1s magnesio y la cantidad de este mineral por cada 100 g de producto.
